My Latest Fashion Addiction...Clutches!!!

It's been a while since I've done a fashion post. Since the Spring, I have been going clutch crazy. I just love them... a few clutches (at least 1 black and 1 white ) are a part of my top 10 wardrobe essentials. A good clutch can add that extra chic and glamour to any outfit, especially when it matches your outfit or your shoes! They especially come in handy when you're going out, I don't like to carry big handbags and purses at night.. I find that clutches are easy to carry and surprisingly, they can carry a lot of your essentials for a night out. I prefer the envelope style clutches, I've been collecting them from all over. Right now, I'm searching for a blue and red envelope style clutch. Here is my current collection. Forever 21 clutch, this is probably my fave of the bunch. Fashion clutch from Ebay Evening clutch from Lane Bryant Evening clutch that was gifted to me. White Ruffle oversized clutch from Ashley Stewart Bijoux

Copper Sparkle LOTD

One of the makeup trends for this winter season is metallic eyes and red lips. I voted in my poll on the top right side of my blog, that I was going to try both trends (metallic eyes and red lips). This look is starring the beautiful frost copper sparkle pigment. Since the pigment is very sparkly and has copper flecks in it, I kept the browbone and crease area very neutral and subdued. Here's the look. PRODUCTS USED Eyes -Elf brow kit in medium -Urban Decay primer potion -Mac Copper Sparkle pigment on lid -Mac Texture e/s in crease -Mac Studio Finish concealer NC45 as highlight -L'oreal Double Extend illuminator mascara in black quartz -Black Radiance creme liner in black -Mac Engraved powerpoint eye pencil on top & bottom lashlines Face -Black Opal Cream to Powder foundation in Heavenly Honey -Bobbi Brown peach corrector under eyes -Mac Gingerly blush -Mac Blunt blush to contour Lips -Avon glimmersticks lip liner in red brick -Mac Red lipstick

Adore Me Lingerie Reveal + Review

Hey, Glamour Dolls! A few posts ago, I did a introductory post on Adore Me lingerie. I was sent a beautiful set of lingerie of my choice for consideration. If you're interested in learning more about my experience with Adore Me, keep reading! Online Presence As mentioned in my previous Adore Me post, when you view their website- it prompts you to create an account and then you're prompted to take a quick quiz on your style and lingerie options. I found the website efficient and easy to navigate. I loved taking the quiz, it's always fun to find out what styles you like the most. After the quiz is taken, you're sent an email notifying you that your showroom is ready. It took maybe a few hours for me to receive this email, your showroom lists all of the possible lingerie choices that you may like, which are based on your selections from your quiz. Lingerie Choices This is when I really fell in love with Adore Me, when you think of lingerie-immediat

Fave 5 of 2011!

Hey, Glamour Dolls It's that time of year, another year almost gone and a new one coming in!  I don't do a monthly "faves" posts like a lot of Bloggers, but; these are my top products that I've been loving in 2011. I did a post like this last year (read HERE ) and really, not much has changed. I still use most of my top products from last year... here are some faves-old and new. WET N WILD EYESHADOW PALETTES Every year I've been loving Wet n Wild palette's more and more... the pigmentation, color choices and the prices won me over! I use these palettes when I want a quick look and don't want to think about what colors to put together. They make some of the best mattes shadows. I really don't have to go in to much detail about these palettes, everyone should know how fabulous they are by now! I own 10 of their palettes. I must say one of the beauty highlights of my year was when I found the limited edition I heart Matte palette at Walgree

Here is a look I did yesterday using my Naked 1 palette that I won last month! This is a natural eye look, using three shadows with a pink lip (I know... Since I'm a BzzAgent , I was sent some exclusive products from the Burt's Bees line for my consideration. I was sent the Sensitive Skin Facial Cleanser and the Sensitive Daily Moisturizing Cream. Here's the long and short of it... the short of it, I really like both products. For the long of it and the details, keep reading! Mosiac Effects NOTD (Nails of the Day)

By now, I'm sure everyone is familar with the Crackle craze, there have been plenty of other dupes like Crackle including the Shatter and now, I fell in love with another dupe by Avon ... it's the Mosiac Effects polish. I bought it from my Avon rep, it was on sale for $3.99 but the regular price is $6.00 ( a few dollars cheaper than crackle). You apply it the same as Crackle, you pick a base color, let it dry and apply a coat of the mosiac top coat to your nails and then watch it transform. I love watching the designs form :-) I apply a clear top coat and then I'm done. I get gel overlays over my own nails and I took it to the shop and let the nail technician use it and this is how it came out looking. I've used it on my toe nails, but; it doesn't come out as well, it applies really thick for some reason. If you're looking for an inexpensive version of Crackle, the Mosiac Effects is worth a shot, the only down side is that it only comes in

Wet n Wild Silent Treatment (LOTD)

This is a look I did a few days ago, using all the colors from the Silent Treatment Wet n Wild palette that I won! I really like the palette, but; I don't know how I feel about my entire look...you know how we are our own worst critic?! I love wearing lashes now and I'm just now learning that as much as you love a pair of lashes you can only wear them about 4 times. I really love my Miss Adoro 415 lashes, I wore them so much that they look a mess, I had to throw them away-thankfully, I bought an extra pair :-) Anywho, here is the look... I'm experimenting with photo editing! Golden-Bronze Bridal Makeover + Kit Faves

Hello, Glamour Dolls :-) I did wedding makeup over the weekend. I was really excited because I've done smaller weddings in the past and this was my first big wedding! I'm glad I made it through the day without feeling tired or sluggish. The wedding colors were gold, burgundy and white...here are a few pics of me in action and some of the work I did. My work area...     My well-used makeup kit :-) Working on the bride... This is one of my dear friends, who was also a bridesmaid in the wedding. She doesn't wear foundation, so; I wanted it to be very light and natural. I used the  Mid Marigold color from the Graftobian Hd foundation palette and powder. On her eyes are: Satin Taupe, Woodwinked and Bamboo e/s by Mac. We did a light flush blush on her cheeks.. her brown contacts really made her eyes pop. The maid of honor was also a friend of mine. She wanted a natural look with some flair. I used the Sienna color from the Graftobian foundation

Nordstrom's Winter 2011 Makeup Trend Show + Mini Haul (Pic Heavy)

A friend of mine told me about Nordstrom's annual Trend show that showcases the upcoming makeup trends for the winter season... which are metallic eyes and red lips. I hadn't heard of  the Trend show before, but; I was eager to attend. It was last Saturday, it featured a mini fashion show, upcoming products from numerous makeup, skin care and perfume lines, giveaways, lots of discounts and a goody bag. The goody bag contained samples of perfume, discounts on products and even a mini Laura Mercier brush and translucent powder! I love this bag! The cost was very inexpensive, only $15 and the $15 could be used towards any beauty purchase. Guests had the option to get their faces done by the makeup lines featured. My friends got their faces done at Mac, they looked amazing. I'm a huge Mac fan, but; I decided to get my face done at the Bobbi Brown counter. Mini Fashion Show, those hats were fierce! I didn't take a picture of my face, but it ca
