𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚 𝐥𝐮𝐱𝐮𝐫𝐲” Unknown I’ll admit that life gets busy, and it can be hard to take some time for yourself. Here are two self care tips that I’ve been enjoying, and they don’t require a lot of time. ⭐️Enjoy nature: I have to take a ride every weekend (mask worn, and I practice proper social distancing) to get some fresh air. I like to ride to a local beach in my area, sit on the bench, and watch the water. It’s so calming, and being outside gives me enhanced clarity. I can think clearer. When I can’t do that, a ride out in my car, playing my fave songs is just as relaxing. ⭐️Gratitude Journal: During the month, I write down everything that went well (big and small). At the end of the year, I can look back on everything that went well for me in the year! This helps me to practice gratitude, and appreciate my blessings more.
