Iโ€™ll admit that life gets busy, and it can be hard to take some time for yourself. Here are two self care tips that Iโ€™ve been enjoying, and they donโ€™t require a lot of time. 

โญ๏ธEnjoy nature: I have to take a ride every weekend (mask worn, and I practice proper social distancing) to get some fresh air. I like to ride to a local beach in my area, sit on the bench, and watch the water. Itโ€™s so calming, and being outside gives me enhanced clarity. I can think clearer. When I canโ€™t do that, a ride out in my car, playing my fave songs is just as relaxing. โฃ

โญ๏ธGratitude Journal: During the month, I write down everything that went well (big and small). At the end of the year, I can look back on everything that went well for me in the year! This helps me to practice gratitude, and appreciate my blessings more. This is helpful when I get an inkling of envy or start comparing myself to someone else. Plus, I have so much more to pray about when I appreciate what I have.

It's Time for my Vacay!!!

Hey Glamour Dolls, It's time for my vacation, woot woot!!!! I'm going on a cruise with my girlfriends, we leave in a few days. We're leaving out of Miami to cruise to: Bahamas, Jamaica, Cayman Islands and Mexico. ๏ปฟ I'll be on vacation for a weeks, so; I won't be posting anything for a while...there may also be a delay in my response to comments, just wanted to give you all a heads up of what's going on. Creme of Nature Lemongrass and Rosemary Leave-In Conditioner Review

After promising myself to take better care of my hair, I read in a hair care magazine that if you have breakage or dry hair (like my hair) to consider purchasing a leave-in conditioner, since you don't have to rinse it out-the conditioner keeps on working and conditioning your hair. This was perfect for me because I'm really lazy when it comes to styling and taking care of my own hair... usually I look for products that are easy and quick to use.
