Hello, Dolls I've curated a list of my current, most loved beauty items. My summer beauty routine has been very minimal due to the hot temperatures and humidity; the result is lots of perspiration and melted off makeup for me. I had planned to be bronzed and glowing for summer; now, I'm just hot and bothered! Below are a few products that are getting good use in my beauty product rotation. I'm also sharing a few things that make me happy-July was a very busy month for me- in between the busyness, I was mentally and emotionally down for the entire month. Hi Glamour Dolls! I'm loving the warmer temperatures and all of the cute clothes and accessories that summer brings but as much as I love the warmer weather the heat and perspiration causes me to simplify my beauty routine.  Here is my simplified beauty regimen and a few of my most loved products for this time of year. SKIN FIXERS  From left to right: Mac Fix Plus, Mac Oil Control lotion and Avon Blot sheets... To combat the extra oil my skin produces in the summer I apply Mac Oil Control lotion every day to reduce the oil on my skin. I apply a lot around my nose and forehead because this is where I retain the most oil. To get rid of the midday shine I use Avon Oil blotting sheets. I love these sheets because they take away the shine without ruining my makeup. I also use my beloved Mac Fix Plus to refresh my skin for those humid and sticky days. One of my weekly habits is that I browse the sales papers from convenience/drugstores like CVS and Rite Aid. Both stores always have makeup and beauty sales.  A week ago Rite Aid happened to have buy 1 Cover Girl mascara and get the second one free! While looking for mascara-I also browsed the entire cosmetic section (like I always do) and I picked up a few more items. I've used all of the products since I've bought them and here are my thoughts. Cover Girl Lash Blast Volume Mascara Waterproof What Cover Girl Says "Get a blast of lush, volumized lashes! Summer is here!!! That means plenty of things: school's out, picnics, bar- b-ques, pedicures, maxi dresses and hot temperatures. The hot temperatures can make our skin act crazy, whether it's sun burn, oily skin or just plain hot and sticky skin. So, I thought of my top 5 summer skin products that I love to use in the summer to help your skin stay beautiful and healthy. 1. Moisturizer and SPF- Moisturizer is needed all year around. It helps your skin to stay hydrated. It protects the skin against premature aging like lines and wrinkles and it keeps your skin soft and glowing. If you don't moisturize your skin it will eventually start producing excess moisture in your skin by way of oil. Excess oil in the skin leads to breakouts and pimples. If you have oily skin in the summer (like I do) moisturizer is still needed but it's best to use an oil free moisturizer.
