  Yesterday was National Lipstick Day! 💄   Besides mascara and eyeshadow, lipstick is my favorite form of makeup. For me, it's a welcomed pop of color, a mood boost, and it pulls my look together!  ⭐Fun Fact: Women who apply lipstick on a daily basis unintentionally tend to eat about 4 pounds of lipstick in their lifetime, 🤯 shocking?! In honor of National Lipstick Day, here's a selfie of me wearing my current favorite lipstick. It's Casual Rose by Mary Kay ! The summer weather had other plans for me, the first few months of summer was so hot and humid that I really didn't feel like wearing any products at all. Now, the temperatures have cooled down, and I'm able to achieve my summer glow! I've had Gleam Body Radiance in my product stash for a while; barely used it. I decided to do something with it. Let me tell ya'll, I was missing out! It's a multi-use product that can be used many ways. Today, I will share two ways that I've been using it. 1. An All Over Body Highlighter- This is probably the most popular way to use Gleam. I use it on my arms (mostly) to give my skin a subtle, beautiful glow! Hi Glamour Dolls! I'm loving the warmer temperatures and all of the cute clothes and accessories that summer brings but as much as I love the warmer weather the heat and perspiration causes me to simplify my beauty routine.  Here is my simplified beauty regimen and a few of my most loved products for this time of year. SKIN FIXERS  From left to right: Mac Fix Plus, Mac Oil Control lotion and Avon Blot sheets... To combat the extra oil my skin produces in the summer I apply Mac Oil Control lotion every day to reduce the oil on my skin. I apply a lot around my nose and forehead because this is where I retain the most oil. To get rid of the midday shine I use Avon Oil blotting sheets. I love these sheets because they take away the shine without ruining my makeup. I also use my beloved Mac Fix Plus to refresh my skin for those humid and sticky days.
