“Your body can stand almost anything. It’s your mind that you have to convince.” Hi Dolls, I've wrote about my overall well-being journey before and how it's an ongoing journey for me. Today, I will talk about the physical aspect of that journey. I’ve recommitted to my healthy lifestyle journey, (again) I’ve reflected on the above quote a lot. I’ve been back and forth on this journey since 2021, and (honestly) this is the most consistent that I’ve been and the most weight that I’ve loss. I really feel like this time I'm more determined, and I know my "why" reason for recommitting and staying on this journey. So, what’s been helping me: Tracking all of my food, I use my Weight Watchers app for this. Portion control, I limit myself to one portion Walking, whether it’s cardio or a brisk walk Eating intentionally, I no longer eat to pass time, or just because food is there.
