The smooth pen applicator easily glides on color for very fine to bold lines for effortless beauty." What I say : I raved about this pen in my previous post but I LOVE this pen! It does everything the description says it does. It doesn't run like most liquid liners and even though it's waterproof it's easy to remove off your eyes at the end of the day. Everyone should have this eyeliner pen. It's easy to create lines or a winged out liner if you choose. It's $1.00 from Elf. It comes in black, coffee, midnight, ash and plum.
