Well-Being: Why I got my Flu Shot~

Hello, Dolls! As you know cold and winter season is upon us. Although, I haven't gotten sick in a long time, I'm still making sure that I boost my immune system to protect myself from getting sick.  Taking  supplements daily is one of the ways I’m protecting myself this winter season. In addition to taking supplements, I also got my flu shot. #ad Here’s why: I’ve had the flu when I was younger, and it’s not something I want to experience again. The pandemic has kept me away from my loved ones enough. I don’t want another illness to get in the way of me seeing them.  Better health and well-being is always the goal for me…so that I can live well and do the things that I really love to do. The Facts: 1 in the 3 people with the flu don’t show any symptoms, but can spread it to others. Many healthcare experts expect this year’s flu season to be worse because fewer people were exposed to it last year. ️It’s a lot of food for thought, but I encourage you to consider getting your flu
