Tha Gabulous Lyfe

I bought this eyeshadow paint wheel a couple of months ago and I've been meaning to play with it and review it. You can find these paint wheels from a lot of makeup companies exclusively on the web. I bought the Roulette paint wheel for $14.50 (which is the cheapest that I've seen it) from  Bella Blue Cosmetics.   You get a fairly good amount of shadow in the wheels and they are packed with glitter. I've been playing around with it and trying to come up with some different looks, here is a simple eye look I did.    My thoughts, if you're going to buy these paint wheels you will definitely need an eye primer because these shadows are not pigmented on their own. I had to use a white base for the colors to even show on my eyes, that's why the red came out pink in the look because of the white eye base.
