Pink Bordello (LOTD)

I'm back with another look! I decided to do a look using mostly products that I recently hauled in the last few months, besides four products; everything mentioned was recently purchased.  I'm seriously trying to use everything I buy. I was inspired by the pink blouse I was wearing and I decided to use Urban Decay's Bordello (pale mauve with gold micro-glitter) eyeshadow as my main color, it came out being a melange of a pink frosty look. I was feeling extra, so I wore some lashes! Take a look for yourself :-) Products Used Brows -Anastasia Beverly Hills dip brow pomade in Auburn -Mac Select Cover Up concealer NC45 to clean up brows Eyes -Lorac Behind the Scenes eyeshadow primer -Lorac Nectar e/s as highlight -Lorac Light Brown e/s as transition color -Lorac Cool Gray e/s as crease color -Urban Decay Bordello e/s on lid -Maybelline Ultra Liner black liquid liner on upper lash line -Wink and Pout Baby Doll lashes by Kym Lee -Eylure Lashfix...

*Updated* Everyday/Workplace Makeup Look

A little while I go, I did my everyday work /place makeup look...that look has changed, so; I wanted to show my updated everyday look that I wear to work. I work at a library (library's are definitely not as conservative as a lot of people think as far as beauty and style) I can definitely wear color there, but; I choose to wear a more subdued makeup look. The look consists of a polished face (concealer and powder), bronzer, mascara and a pink lip (I'm really loving pink lips right now!) if I have extra time, I may put eyeshadow on my lids. Here is the look... Products I wear daily: MAC SELECT COVER UP CONCEALER I wear this concealer in NC45, it gives just the right amount of coverage for my dark circles and acne scars without looking made up. It provides a satin, natural finish...perfect for the office. MAC BLOT POWDER IN DARK To set the concealer, I apply this blot powder. I don't like to look to matte, so; I apply this powder only to the ...

Products that I'm currently Loving! (LONG)

I try not to post on topics that are so popular like the "My monthly faves" edition that a lot of bloggers and You Tube gurus do (nothing wrong with posting about your faves) but I just try to switch things up a bit, but; I can't help spreading the word on these products... I may not post about my faves every month but every once in a while I would like to share products that I can't get enough of using. Here are some of them! Mac Oil Control Lotion - It's spring time again, even though I'm still dealing with winter temperatures in my area, my skin is starting to produce more oil like it normally does in the spring time. I've been using the oil control lotion every day as a moisturizer and to combat oil. I really like it because it works and over time it slows down the amount of oil your skin produces. Ambi Fade Cream - I broke out terribly around my mouth and chin in February. My acne always leaves scars and dark spots on my face, so I have to reso...

Mini Haul from Rite Aid

One of my weekly habits is that I browse the sales papers from convenience/drugstores like CVS and Rite Aid. Both stores always have makeup and beauty sales.  A week ago Rite Aid happened to have buy 1 Cover Girl mascara and get the second one free! While looking for mascara-I also browsed the entire cosmetic section (like I always do) and I picked up a few more items. I've used all of the products since I've bought them and here are my thoughts. Cover Girl Lash Blast Volume Mascara Waterproof What Cover Girl Says "Get a blast of lush, volumized lashes! LashBlast's patented volume-boosting formula and patent-pending brush are designed to max-out each and every lash, leaving you with the ultimate big lash look. Now in waterproof, too!" What I say T his mascara was $8.99. It's a pretty good mascara... I got it in waterproof (black and brown black) because I plan on using it in my makeup kit for the crying brides. It has the biggest mascara brush I've eve...
