I'm being Interviewed for Makeup Monday!!!

Good Afternoon Ladies!

I'm so very proud that my blog has been receiving positive exposure over the last months, one of it's greatest accomplishments is that I recently was chosen to be interviewed by Chic Chocolate for Makeup Monday!

Well-Being: A Better Night's Sleep

Hello, Dolls A good night's sleep is something I've been chasing after for years. Like many people, my nights can be chaotic. Not to mention, I've been suffering with insomnia for years, yes years. It takes me a while to unwind and fall asleep, and when I finally do, I wake up several times throughout the night. I’ve taken several sleep aids and remedies through the years. I've tried teas, linen sleep sprays, over the counter and prescription aids, and almost every lavender night time product out there. It's Time for my Vacay!!!

Hey Glamour Dolls, It's time for my vacation, woot woot!!!! I'm going on a cruise with my girlfriends, we leave in a few days. We're leaving out of Miami to cruise to: Bahamas, Jamaica, Cayman Islands and Mexico. I'll be on vacation for a weeks, so; I won't be posting anything for a while...there may also be a delay in my response to comments, just wanted to give you all a heads up of what's going on. Creme of Nature Lemongrass and Rosemary Leave-In Conditioner Review

After promising myself to take better care of my hair, I read in a hair care magazine that if you have breakage or dry hair (like my hair) to consider purchasing a leave-in conditioner, since you don't have to rinse it out-the conditioner keeps on working and conditioning your hair. This was perfect for me because I'm really lazy when it comes to styling and taking care of my own hair... usually I look for products that are easy and quick to use. I do use Creme of Nature's Detangling shampoo, so I figured I would buy their leave-in conditioner.
