I’m almost six months in to my recommitted healthy lifestyle journey. In that time, I've been making a consistent effort to stay active. Walking has been my exercise of choice. I enjoy a calorie burning cardio walk, but when I'm unable to do that, I make sure to at least do a brisk walk regularly.
Walking has so many benefits. It improves my mood, gives me clarity, burns calories and improves my stamina. It has really helped me physically and mentally. I’ve come to view my walking time as not only exercise, but also therapeutic "me time."
