World Mental Health Day: Spreading Awareness and Support 💚

Hi Dolls,

World Mental Health Day was on October 10th. I shared a post about it on Instagram that day, but since this topic is so close to my heart, I want to make sure the message reaches all of my platforms.

Mental health matters — every single day. Since the pandemic, I've noticed that my mental bandwidth was beginning to become fragile. I've been working on increasing my resilience and coping skills. I've made a list of things that I like to do when when I have those moments. I've also identified my happy places that help me feel safe. We all need a place that grounds us. The ocean is that place for me. It's my calm and my reset. It’s truly humbling and fills me with awe. There’s something about watching the ocean that brings my problems into perspective

If you’re like me, and you feel overwhelmed at times, please know you’re not alone. Healing takes time. Rest is essential. Talking helps.

Take time for yourself. Check in on your loved ones. Give yourself grace. When you need a break, find your happy place.

Improving your mental health is a continuous journey. There will be times when it feels like you're not making progress, but those are the moments when it's most important to keep going. Don’t give up. You are worth it, and so is your mind.

Mental health is deeply personal to me. One day, I'll share my story — until then, I'll keep advocating.

Mac, Inglot Haul + Swatches

Hey, Glamour Dolls! I'm back with another haul, I surprised myself by buying another haul so soon after the other one, but; I work hard... (shrugs) and I deserve it! Read on to see what I purchased and my thoughts. Click the pics to enlarge. Lippies I've been wanting Up the Amp lipstick for a while as well as Viva Glam Nicki and I'm pleased with the both of them. Up the Amp is a lavender violet color, it reminds me of a softer version of Violetta lipstick from Mac. I'm really not a fan of violet lipsticks (go figure) so, I pair it with a brown lip liner and it mutes the color down perfectly for me. Viva Nicki is gorgeous a beautiful yellow-pink color. How I Refurbished my Louis Vuitton Speedy...

I bought an authentic preloved Louis Vuitton Damier Speedy bag a few months back. While I was so excited to finally get the bag and wear it, I realized (at that time of buying and when I received it) that the bag had some wear on it that could use some fixing up. After searching online, I found a blogger, Lollipuff , who posted an article on how to refurbish LV bags. Based on the recommendations in the post, I used the following products: Mr. Clean Magic Eraser, Blue Magic Metal Polish cream (tube) and Cadillac Boot and Shine leather conditioner.
