Hi Dolls,
World Mental Health Day
was on October 10th. I shared a post about it on Instagram that day, but since this topic is so close to my heart, I want to make sure the message reaches all of my platforms.
Mental health matters — every single day. Since the pandemic, I've noticed that my mental bandwidth was beginning to become fragile. I've been working on increasing my resilience and coping skills. I've made a list of things that I like to do when when I have those moments. I've also identified my happy places that help me feel safe. We all need a place that grounds us. The ocean is that place for me. It's my calm and my reset.
It’s truly humbling and fills me with awe. There’s something about watching the ocean that brings my problems into perspective

If you’re like me, and you feel overwhelmed at times, please know you’re not alone. Healing takes time. Rest is essential. Talking helps.
Take time for yourself. Check in on your loved ones. Give yourself grace. When you need a break, find your happy place.Improving your mental health is a continuous journey. There will be times when it feels like you're not making progress, but those are the moments when it's most important to keep going. Don’t give up. You are worth it, and so is your mind.
Mental health is deeply personal to me. One day, I'll share my story — until then, I'll keep advocating.

️ What’s your “safe space” — that place or moment that brings you peace?
