Victoria's Secret Garden Haul

I'm a sucker for smell good... it can be lotions, body sprays, perfume, candles- anything that has a nice scent I have to have it!

I hadn't bought any body care products from Victoria's Secret in ages, I fell back in love with their scents when I went to their store, it didn't help that they had a buy 7 for $35 and get the 8th item for free sale. Of course, I had to get them. I bought my fave scent Love Spell and I bought 6 of their other newer scents (I picked up some undies too but I'm not revealing them here :) I know the lotions look small in the pics but they're actually 8.4 fl oz... it's a generous size for the price.

Mango Temptation, Exotic Bloom, Island Breeze and Pure Seduction

Mango Temptation (my new fave!) has notes of mango-nectar and hibiscus.

Exotic Bloom is made with coconut orchid and musk.

Island Breeze is made with ocean beeze and pineapple!

Pure Seduction is one of the sronger scents made with casaba melon, plum and freesia.
Love Spell, Pure Seduction and Luscious Kisses
Love Spell (my fave!) is made with peach, cherry blossom and white jasmine.

Luscious Kisses is made with valencia orange, coconut and tonka bean.
I love all of the new scents and the silky-soft way the lotion feels on my skin is heavenly!

It would take me forever to use all of the scents, plus I didn't want to be greedy so I gave a few of them to my mom and I'm going to give a few of them as gifts.

FYI, the sales rep was very helpful and pleasant, she told me their next Semi-Annual sale starts June 14th... so mark your calendars... I can't wait to stock up on some more lotions and lingerie!

Mac Face and Body Foundation Review

One of my most used foundations is the Mac Face and Body liquid foundation. I've been promising a  review on it, so here it is. Product Claims "A water-based, water-resistant foundation that provides long-lasting, natural coverage for face and/or body. Ideal for all skin types. Face and Body Foundation provides sheer, natural looking coverage in an easy to blend, water-resistant formula. The long-lasting formula is available in a wide range of colours and contains several emollients to help moisturize and condition the skin. It delivers professional looking results that meet the exacting standards of beauty photography and is ideal for perfecting the face and body." Pros -Price is $32.50 retail and about $19 if you're a Mac pro card member (That could be a con based on your finances). -For the price you pay it gives you a lot of foundation. It's in a 4 fl oz bottle. -Because it's water based it doesn't feel heavy, it feels very light on the face. ...

Creme of Nature Lemongrass and Rosemary Leave-In Conditioner Review

After promising myself to take better care of my hair, I read in a hair care magazine that if you have breakage or dry hair (like my hair) to consider purchasing a leave-in conditioner, since you don't have to rinse it out-the conditioner keeps on working and conditioning your hair. This was perfect for me because I'm really lazy when it comes to styling and taking care of my own hair... usually I look for products that are easy and quick to use. I do use Creme of Nature's Detangling shampoo, so I figured I would buy their leave-in conditioner. FYI- Creme of Nature is a brand that specializes in hair care products for women of color, who have natural or relaxed hair. They mostly use natural ingredients in their products, which they call "Certified Organic." Product Claims "Pamper your hair with this creme-based formula to soften, detangle, and provide the ultimate conditioning.  Perfect for color treated hair, organic  Lemongrass works to tone and hig...

Mac, Inglot Haul + Swatches

Hey, Glamour Dolls! I'm back with another haul, I surprised myself by buying another haul so soon after the other one, but; I work hard... (shrugs) and I deserve it! Read on to see what I purchased and my thoughts. Click the pics to enlarge. Lippies I've been wanting Up the Amp lipstick for a while as well as Viva Glam Nicki and I'm pleased with the both of them. Up the Amp is a lavender violet color, it reminds me of a softer version of Violetta lipstick from Mac. I'm really not a fan of violet lipsticks (go figure) so, I pair it with a brown lip liner and it mutes the color down perfectly for me. Viva Nicki is gorgeous a beautiful yellow-pink color. I'm going to do a lip of the day, so you all can see how it looks. I've heard that Viva Nicki is going to be around for 1 full year, I'm definitely going to get a few more tubes. Blush I bought Sweet as Cocoa blush last month and I finally got Dollymix blush, it was on my Mac wishl...
