Mac Studio Careblend Pressed Powder Review

I recently purchased the Careblend powder last month and I was asked to do a review of it from one of my beautiful blog supporters, here are my thoughts on the powder.

Pros

-Provides a natural, matte finish.
-Available to purchase in 8 shades.
-Great for on the go makeup touch ups.
-Long wearing & non-cakey.

Possible Con

-The price retails for $23, if you're a Mac pro member the price is $13.80.

My Thoughts

I adore this powder! I ran out of my Mac Studio Fix powder and a friend suggested I try this, I love it. It provides a beautiful, flawless finish. It's a powder but the finish and coverage performs like a foundation! There are plenty of days when I just wear the powder on my face with no concealer and foundation and I get a great coverage. I  really like that it's non-cakey and I don't get an ashy finish like a lot of powders but a skin finish.

How it looks?

i like this alot more than my skinfinish natural *gasps* i never thought it could be possible, but it's a bit heavier coverage and absorbs the oil better to me...(it's doesn't completely hold it at bay, but.. it's a great powder) as i began to run out of it, i've been trying ruby kisses mineral powder.

Lol, I felt the same about my Studio Finish... I prefer this powder over any of my powders. Ruby Kisses? I hear so much about them, I need to hit up a beauty supply store and check them out.

Well-Being: A Better Night's Sleep

Hello, Dolls A good night's sleep is something I've been chasing after for years. Like many people, my nights can be chaotic. Not to mention, I've been suffering with insomnia for years, yes years.     It takes me a while to unwind and fall asleep, and when I finally do, I wake up several times throughout the night. I’ve taken several sleep aids and remedies through the years. I've tried teas, linen sleep sprays, over the counter and prescription aids, and almost every lavender night time product out there. Some were helpful at first, but after a while, I think my body got immune to it. So, I was very curious when Highline Wellness gifted me a bottle of their CBD Night gummies. I was skeptical at first, but they’re really working for me.  The melatonin helps you to fall asleep, and CBD helps you to stay asleep. I’m able to fall asleep faster, and stay asleep longer. An added benefit is I don’t wake up the next morning experiencing grogginess like I’ve felt with ot...

How I Refurbished my Louis Vuitton Speedy...

I bought an authentic preloved Louis Vuitton Damier Speedy bag a few months back. While I was so excited to finally get the bag and wear it, I realized (at that time of buying and when I received it) that the bag had some wear on it that could use some fixing up. After searching online, I found a blogger,  Lollipuff , who posted an article on how to refurbish LV bags. Based on the recommendations in the post, I used the following products: Mr. Clean Magic Eraser, Blue Magic Metal Polish cream (tube) and Cadillac Boot and Shine leather conditioner. I also used laundry detergent and baby wipes. All of the products used can be used on any bag to spruce it up. Read on for the deets, to see how you can spruce up your handbag! Before At first glance, the bag had some sheen on the exterior. Most of the brass fixtures had green tarnishing (which happens with aging of brass). The leather handles were dull. The bag had lost some of its shape. The inside was the kicker! The red in...
